Визначено теоретико-методологічні основи формування системи раннього попередження та реагування на кризу та безпосередньо стратегічного здійснення антикризового управління в сільськогосподарських підприємствах. Приділено увагу своєчасному виявленню симптомів та ознак кризових явищ на основі використання та впровадження системи раннього попередження та реагування на кризу (СРПР). Визначено основні складові частини структурно-логічної схеми інформаційної СРПР для сільськогосподарського підприємства. Опис: The article notes that crisis response measures are characterized by blurred goals, episodic implementation, and lack of a strategic combination, tactical and operational actions to support the effective functioning of enterprises. The study reveals theoretical and methodological bases of formation of the system of early warning and response to the crisis and direct strategic implementation of crisis management in agricultural enterprises. Attention is paid to the timely detection of symptoms and signs of crisis phenomena based on the use and implementation of the system of early warning and response to the crisis. The main components of the structural and logical scheme of information system of early warning and response to the crisis for the agricultural enterprise are estimated and determined. It is suggested that the interaction between the elements of the system of early warning and response to the crisis should be clearly structured by functional areas of the organizational environment and can be presented as a model of preventive crisis management. Given the variety of factors, only professional and effective crisis management can take them into account and evaluate them. It is spoken in detail about the primary task which is to organize and structure information according to a certain integrated model that includes standard measures and restrictions. Factors operating in the external system of the model violate the company’s ability to focus on strategic management in a crisis situation. Only if they are leveled (eliminated) the company is able to move to strategic management. Much attention is paid to the assessment of external and internal environments that involves identifying factors of negative impact on economic activity (macroeconomic, political, agro-climatic, etc.), as well as microeconomic. Diagnosis of the financial condition of the enterprise is carried out in the processes of operational control and internal audit monitoring. Monitoring allows tracking the signals of the external environment about the emergence of threats and opportunities in a preventive mode. The frequency of control measures should be consistent with the risk of possible consequences of non-compliance. Опис: The article evaluates and analyzes anti-crisis measures and their implementation mechanisms in agricultural enterprises. Attention is paid to the study of the practice of anti-crisis management in agricultural enterprises by means of the analysis of the results of a sociological survey of managers and specialists of the researched sample of business entities of the Zhytomyr region. An assessment was made and the main levers, directions, strategies and measures of anti-crisis management, which will be carried out at agricultural enterprises in the stressful conditions of crisis situations, were determined. The marketing strategy in the conditions of financial insolvency is defined. It is substantiated depending on the nature and severity of crisis situations at enterprises of the group of anti-crisis management tools. The essence of such levers of anti-crisis management of the enterprise as restructuring, reorganization and reengineering procedures is revealed. It is proposed to use a balanced and effective innovation and investment policy as a prospective anti-crisis measure.
