| Abstract: | Мета дипломного проєкту: механізувати технології технічного обслуговування автомобільної техніки з детальною розробкою стенда для ремонту ДВЗ». Запропоновано: переоснастити агрегатну дільницю для підвищення рівня механізації процесу та технології. Підібране необхідне технологічне обладнання, розроблено оригінальну конструкцію стенда для ремонту ДВЗ, що дозволить підвищити рівень механізації виробничих процесів на дільниці. Розроблено технологію ремонту ДВЗ із застосуванням спроектованого стенду. Запропоновані заходи з покращення охорони праці та пожежної безпеки на дільниці. Розраховано економічні показники проекту. |
| Description: | The goal of the diploma project is to mechanise the technologies for the technical maintenance of automotive equipment with the detailed development of a stand for repairing internal combustion engines. In the process of implementing the diploma project, it was proposed to re-equip the assembly section to increase the level of mechanisation of the process and technology. The necessary technological equipment was selected, and an original design for an internal combustion engine repair stand was developed, which will increase the level of mechanisation of production processes in the section. A technology for repairing internal combustion engines using the designed stand was developed. Measures have been proposed to improve occupational health and safety and fire safety in the section. The economic indicators of the project have been calculated. |
