Abstract:	Людина – багаторівнева система, особливості якої ви являються у діалектичній взаємодії біологічних і соціальних факторів. Вступаючи в життя через соціальну і трудову діяльність, вона вливається у світ соціального досвіду, який є багатовіковим надбанням людства і стає основною школою становлення її як особистості. Процес діалектичної взаємодії біологічного і соціального, які впливають на формування особистості, вимагає науково обґрунтованої системи виховних впливів.
Description:	A person is a multi-level system, the peculiarities of which are revealed in the dialectical interaction of biological and social factors. Entering life through social and work activities, it flows into the world of social experience, which is a centuries-old heritage of humanity and becomes the main school of its formation as an individual. The process of dialectical interaction of the biological and the social, which influence the formation of the personality, requires a scientifically based system of educational influences.
