| Abstract: | Зараз виникає потреба в модернізації аграрно-технічної освіти, оновлення навчально матеріальної бази, впровадження в навчальний процес нової техніки, обладнання, матеріалів, інструментів; прискорення темпів збільшення обсягів видання навчальної літератури, розробки державних стандартів за компетенціями з урахуванням міжнародного досвіду розвитку професійної освіти і навчання, максимального наближення аграрно технічної освіти до потреб і запитів роботодавців; урахування сучасних соціально економічних реалій ринку праці і трансформування їх у конкретні освітні програми професійної підготовки фахівців; модернізація інформаційного, науково-методичного та матеріально-технічного забезпечення професійної освіти. |
| Description: | Now there is a need to modernize agricultural and technical education, update the educational material base, introduce new technology, equipment, materials, and tools into the educational process; accelerating the pace of increasing the volume of publication of educational literature, developing state standards for competencies taking into account international experience in the development of professional education and training, bringing agricultural technical education as close as possible to the needs and requests of employers; taking into account modern socio-economic realities of the labor market and transforming them into specific educational programs for professional training of specialists; modernization of informational, scientific-methodical and material-technical support of professional education. |
