| Abstract: | У публікації розглядаються основні аспекти антикризового управління для сільськогосподарських підприємств. Висвітлено особливості використання діагностики стану підприємств з метою виявлення кризових явищ. Досліджено ділову активність сільськогосподарських підприємств Житомирської області. Наведено напрями здійснення антикризового управління в сільськогосподарських підприємствах. Визначено основні принципи фінансової стабілізації сільськогосподарських підприємств, що знаходяться в кризовому становищі. Розглянуто типові схеми управлінських впливів для подолання неплатоспроможності підприємств, які знаходяться у кризовому стані. |
| Description: | The publication considers the main aspects of anti-crisis management for agricultural enterprises. Features of the use of diagnostics of the state of enterprises for the purpose of identifying crisis phenomena are highlighted. The business activity of agricultural enterprises of the Zhytomyr region was studied. Directions for anti-crisis management in agricultural enterprises are given. The main principles of financial stabilization of agricultural enterprises in a crisis situation are defined. Typical schemes of managerial influences to overcome the insolvency of enterprises in a state of crisis are considered. |
