| Abstract: | Естафетний біг – це командний вид легкоатлетичних змагань, який може проводитися як на доріжці стадіону, так і по вулицях міст, по шосе й на місцевості. Естафетна дистанція 4х100 м є спринтерською і передача естафетної палички відбувається на великій швидкості, тому є існує ймовірність її втрати. Актуальним на сьогоднішній день є удосконалення техніки передачі естафети. |
| Description: | elay running is a team type of athletics competition that can be held both on the track of the stadium and on the streets of cities, on the highway and in the countryside. The 4x100 m relay distance is a sprint and the baton is passed at high speed, so there is a possibility of losing it. The improvement of the baton transfer technique is relevant today. |
