| Abstract: | У проекті розглянуті питання технології виробництва муки. Проведено вибір технологічного обладнання, спроектована силова електрична мережа лінії виробництва муки. Обрано силове електрообладнання електроприводу технологічних робочих машин. Розраховані та обрані проводи та кабелі для живлення струмоприймачів. Здійснений вибір пускозахисної апаратури та її перевірка. Згідно технологічних вимог до проекту автоматизації розроблена схема електрична принципова керування технологічним процесом помелу зерна. Розглянуті правила техніки безпеки та виробнича санітарія при виробництві муки. Доцільність прийнятих інженерних рішень підтверджена техніко економічними розрахунками. |
| Description: | The project deals with issues of flour production technology. Conducted selection of technological equipment, designed power electrical network of the line flour production. The power electrical equipment of the electric drive is selected technological working machines. Calculated and selected wires and cables for power supply of current receivers. The selection of start-up protection equipment and its audit. According to the technological requirements for the automation project, a scheme was developed electrical principle control of the technological process of grain grinding. Safety rules and industrial sanitation during production are considered torment. The appropriateness of the adopted engineering decisions is confirmed by technical and economic calculations. |
