| Abstract: | У роботі досліджено вплив попередньої атмосферної корозії на інтенсивність зношування сталей. Встановлено, що величина корозії знаходиться в прямій залежності від ґрунтово-кліматичних умов та способу зберігання. У результаті атмосферної корозії інтенсивність абразивного зношування сталей зростає в 1,61…5,26 рази в порівнянні з інтенсивністю зношування до впливу атмосферної корозії. Величина зростання інтенсивності зношування залежить від способу зберігання, ґрунтово-кліматичної зони зберігання, наявності антикорозійного покриття та матеріалу, який піддавався атмосферній корозії. |
| Description: | The effect of preliminary atmospheric corrosion on the fretting intensity of steels has been investigated in the study. It has been established that the corrosion rate is directly dependent on soil and climatic conditions and the storage method. In the result of atmospheric corrosion, the intensity of abrasive fretting of steels increases by a factor of 1.61 ... 5.26 as compared to the fretting intensity before the influence of atmospheric corrosion. The magnitude of the increase in the fretting intensity depends on the storage method, soil and climatic zone of the storage, the presence of an anticorrosion coating, and material which was subject to atmospheric corrosion. |
