| Abstract: | За своє недовге існування в історії світового сільського господарства картопля, завдяки своїм властивостям, підкорила світ і стала однією з найпоширеніших і важливих сільськогосподарських продуктів. У багатьох країнах її справедливо називають «другим хлібом». Можливості використання картоплі досить широкі – її використовують для споживання людиною, корму тваринам та технічних цілей. І це не дивно, оскільки цьому сприяє її біохімічний склад. |
| Description: | During its short existence in the history of world agriculture, the potato, thanks to its properties, has conquered the world and become one of the most common and important agricultural products. In many countries, it is rightly called ‘second bread.’ The possibilities for using potatoes are quite broad — they are used for human consumption, animal feed, and technical purposes. This is not surprising, as their biochemical composition contributes to this. |
